On 24th January 2026, Aarav was examined by Dr. Tilak at NICE Hospital. Following clinical investigations including a urine test and ultrasound (USG), he was diagnosed with cystitis and a urinary tract infection (UTI). To ensure long-term health, he was referred to Crescent Hospital for a specialized surgical procedure known as Plastibell circumcision.

Following the successful intervention, the NICE Foundation team provided consistent follow-up and monitoring of Aarav's recovery.
